Scoliosis

Ever since I turned 50, I have had increasing problems with my
back. I could look in the mirror and clearly see that I was “crooked”,
but I thought that was due to the genetic scoliosis which appeared
during my teen years and was far past the reversal stage. I especially
had trouble sitting for long periods of time or driving a car. This
was a serious problem as my work required many hours behind the
wheel and in front of a computer, but I was resigned to just living
with it for the rest of my years. Sometimes it is wonderful to be
wrong.
When I attended an informative session with my daughter, taught
by Dr. Salminen, and then watched the gentle and painless adjustment
procedure he performed on her, I began to wonder if his treatment
could help me. Just a few weeks later, I knew. X-rays showed inappropriate
spinal curvatures that were not related to the scoliosis. After
just a few sessions, the adjustments performed by Dr. Salminen eliminated
the pain of sitting. I felt like a new person. But, it got even
better.
When Dr. Salminen first indicated to me his desire to see me as
little as possible and for as short a time as possible (because
there would be no need for further adjustments), I just smiled,
thinking that was a nice sentiment, but unlikely. However, I now
go only occasionally to the office. We have a nice chat, he looks
at me, smiles, and says you look great, and I leave. The adjustments
have held now for over six months, and I am still pain free.
Now if someone says they are having pain, or just look like they
are not standing straight, I am very quick to tell them about the
Alpha Spine Center. Every one who has gone has found help. I hope

is almost certain that he will succeed.

When I first saw the doctor I had headaches at least twice a week
and pain in my knees. I had suffered from these things since I can
remember. I went to see a different doctor about my problems. He
adjusted me one time and only told me that I had scoliosis. This
all cost me close to $500.
Since being adjusted with the NUCCA method I can play basketball
better without any pain in my knees. I also rarely have a headache
not to mention I have been sleeping much better.
